OUTINGS

Several outings to places of artistic and historic interest are arranged each year. The day-long trips include transport to and from Haslemere and start from Haslemere Hall in Bridge Street.

Booking for Outings usually takes place two months in advance at the monthly lectures on the third Tuesday of the month. 
Members are asked to turn up to reserve their place and may book and pay for themselves and up to one other member.

FOREIGN VISITS

Visits abroad are organised for groups of about 30 members of the Arts Society Haslemere. Past visits include Dresden in 2008, Istanbul in 2010, a tour of Bologna, Ravenna, Mantova and Ferrara in 2011, Dubrovnik, Croatia, Mosta and the Montenegro Littoral in 2013, Classical Sicily in 2014, the Netherlands in 2015, Berlin and Potsdam in 2016, The Art and Palladian Villas of Veneto and Verdi’sRigoletto in 2017 and The Art & History of Budapest: ‘The Pearl of the Danube' in 2018. In 2024 the visit was to Vienna. 2025 the visit went to Madrid, Toledo. Salamance and other places in Spain. in 2026 the group will visit Provence in France.

STUDY DAYS

Study Days take place at the Haslemere Educational Museum.
